I have been working closely with individuals to assist them in creating for themselves a healthier and more balanced approach to exploring the human experience. Registered with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners since 2012, and with the Yoga Alliance since 2017, I take a holistic approach to my work with individuals. As a recent graduate, with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am currently awaiting licensure.

However, in the interim, I am continuing to see and work with clients both in person and virtually, under the previous title as that of a life/health coach. Upon licensure I will be considered a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate.
